Ingredients
- 250 to 300 gram Paneer (Tond milk Paneer you can make in home)
- 1cup Peas or Matar – Fresh or Frozn
- ½ teaspoon Cumin Seeds(Geera)
- ¼ to ½ teaspoon Degi Mirch
- 1 table spoon Malai (Tond) or Tond Milk
- 2 to 2.5 tablespoon
Garnish:
- Milk Cream(Tond),
- Lemen Wedges or Slices
Way of cocking Matar Paneer
- Heat oil in a pan. Add Geera in that then add Ginger Garlic paste till Aroma Disappears.
- Pore Grind Onion paste in pan for 2-3 mins.
- Pore grind Tomatoes Pureed in that Paste and add Salt,Degi Mirch,1 ½ teaspoon Cream (Tond Milk) mix well the paste till the Curry begins to Thicken.
- Add some Water and Cook for 4-5 mins in medium low flame.
- Add the Paneer cubes along with Boiled Matar and cook them for 2-3 mins till they become soft.
- Don’t take more time in cooking because Paneer will become thick.
- Garnish matar paneer with coriander leaves.serve Matar Paneer with plain naan, rotis plain rice or jeera rice.
